Just kidding. This is Florida. It’s still HOT! So is the real estate market. We are seeing double digit price increases year after year in Santa Rosa Beach Fl. Median home values have climbed almost 20%in the past two years alone, from $475,000 to $530,000. However, we continue to battle low inventory all along North & South Walton County.
The median price of newly listed homes is $735,000. That?s $205,000 above our median price. This means we will continue to see pricing increase through the Holiday Season and until supply can meet demand. Sellers will continue to see 95-97%list to sales prices with less than 3 months of inventory. This time last year the median priced home averaged 190 days on market. Current average days on market is just 68.
